Edith Evangiline Dusseau (Wilkinson), 103 yrs, of Petersburg, MI, died Monday, February 5, 2018, in Magnum Care of Monroe. There will be no services, cremation has occurred. Private burial of cremains will take place in Pleasant View Cemetery.
Born September 23, 1914, in Elkhart, IN. Edith was the daughter of Thomas and Florence Wilkinson. She married Robert Dusseau in 1934, in Monroe, MI. Robert died in 1970. She worked for Beaches Nursing Home as a Nurse's Aid for 20 yrs, she also worked as a cook at Halfway House for 10 yrs and Coffee Cup in Dundee. She loved sewing, crossword puzzles and her family.
Survivors include; sons, Ron Dusseau, William Dusseau, John (Debbie) Dusseau; daughters, Judy Kessler, Diane Hoye, 47 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert, sons, Verlin and Lewis Friend, Robert, Allen, Richard, James, Danny , Daryl Dusseau daughter, Nancy Shamblen and some brothers and sisters.
