Alva “Al” Morton Ault

Alva “Al” Morton Ault, 76, of Jerome, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021, at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital in Adrian, Michigan. Friends may gather at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI, Tuesday November 30, 2021 from 11 AM until the services at 2 PM. Pastor Tom Frantz of Blissfield Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg, MI.

Born February 20, 1945, in Monroe, MI. Al was the son of William and Helen (Frazier) Ault. He graduated from Ida High School in 1963. Al was a Millwright for Tecumseh Products for 41 years, retiring in 2004.

Al was full of love for his family and friends. He enjoyed sharing stories about his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He worked hard to provide for his family and was there whenever anyone needed anything; never missing a sporting event or educational triumph. Al was an incredible role model with a strong belief in the teachings from the Lord’s book and was a mighty prayer warrior. He was the foundational rock for his family and friends and loved spending time with his best friend Mary.

Al was preceded in death by his parents, William and Helen Ault and brothers, William and John Ault.

His legacy is carried on by his children Annette (Greg) Meyer, Robert (Bernadette) Ault, nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

We will remember Al Ault and all the joyful memories shared. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
