Beverly Kay Strickland

Beverly Kay Strickland, 78 yrs, of Petersburg, MI, died Friday November 5, 2021, in her residence. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI, Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 2-8 PM. She will lie-in-state from 10 AM until the services at 11 AM Wednesday November 10, 2021 at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI. Pastor Mark McCaskill from Cornerstone Baptist Church, Ida, MI, will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg, MI.

Born March 3, 1943, in Fairbanks, AK. Beverly was the daughter of Paul and Lydia (Schwanke) Toole. She was a 1961 Fairbanks High School, AK, Graduate. She married Dallas Strickland on June 20, 1964 in Fairbanks, AK. Beverly was a homemaker her entire life and loved to do "mom things" and was a mom to everyone she knew.

Survivors include: her husband, Dallas; children, Paul (Kathy Julian) Downs, Ericson (Erin Damon) Strickland and Heather Knoll; siblings, Daniel (Toole), Linda (Walt) Leftwich, Maria (Mike) Hebert; grandchildren, Tara Strickland, Travis Downs, Randy Carroll and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sons, Leonard and Ross Strickland.
