Suzette Ruth Jacobs (Wertenberger, Anderson)

Suzette Ruth Jacobs (Wertenberger, Anderson), 59 years, of Monroe, MI, died Thursday, October 21, 2021, in her residence under the care of Hospice of Michigan. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI, from 3-6 PM. Cremation will occur at a later date.

Born January 1, 1962 in Toledo, OH. Suzette was the daughter of Wayne and Juanita (Valentine) Wertenberger. She was a 1979 Ida high School Graduate, later graduated, and worked for Michigan College of Beauty as a Cosmetologist Instructor for over 10 years. She was previously married to Ron Anderson and Joseph Jacobs. She loved gardening, antiquing and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include: her sons, Erik (Stacy) Anderson, Chad Anderson; her partner, Bob Hasley; father, Wayne Wertenberger; siblings, Wayne (Ilene) Wertenberger, Robert (Yvonne) Wertenberger, Jerry Wertenberger, Scott Wertenberger, Roxanne (Patrick) Wertenberger-Snider, Juanita (Tim) Roscoe, Jacqueline (Tony) Wenrick and grandchildren, Izaya, Teyonna, Arianna and Zachery Anderson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Wertenberger, husband, Joseph Jacobs, sister, Peggy Davis, and sister-in-law, Cathy Wertenberger.
