Gary Edward Brewer

Gary Edward Brewer – 58 years of Clinton Township, MI – died Sunday October 2nd, 2022, at McLaren Macomb Hospital in MT Clemens, MI. Cremation has occurred; a private Memorial Mass will be scheduled for a later date.

Born March 18th, 1964 - in Detroit, MI – Gary was the son of Gary Dean Brewer and Mary Ann Scheuerman. After graduating from Clinton Township High School in 1982, he obtained: an associate degree (arts) from Macomb Community College in 1984, a bachelor’s degree (urban planning) from University of Michigan in 1987, and a master’s degree (urban planning) from University of Michigan in 1989. Gary worked as a Township Planner in Port Huron, MI for 20 years and retired in 2015. When he wasn’t working, Gary enjoyed reading, collected watches and model trains, and spent quality time with many special high school friends.

Survivors include his parents. Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents, his uncles David and Philip, and his aunt Marla Marie Schultz.
