Jerry Dean Loomis Sr.

Jerry Dean Loomis Sr., 77yrs of LaSalle, MI, died Wednesday February 23, 2022, in St. Anne Mercy Hospital, Toledo, OH. Cremation has occurred.

Born August 20, 1944, in Toledo, OH. Jerry was the son of Gerald and Helen (Thomas) Loomis. He was a 1961 Monroe High School Graduate. Jerry married Janet Frank on October 12, 1963, in Luna Pier, MI. Jerry was a truck driver for Allied Systems, Wayne, MI, for 20 yrs and a construction worker for JD Construction for 25 yrs. He was a member of the Teamsters out of Detroit and Baltimore. Jerry was a Jack of all trades and loved fishing and restoring cars.

Survivors include: his wife, Janet; children, Jerry Jr., Christine Brownlee, Teresa (David) Harmer; a sister, Judy Philabaun; grandchildren, Ryan, Robyn (Timothy), Brandan, Austin, Mya, Griffin and a great-grandson, Maxton. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joyce Frank.
