Marjorie Nell Angerer

Marjorie Nell Angerer, age 98 passed away November 22, 2022 peacefully in her home while under the care of Northwest Ohio Hospice. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life for Marjorie will be held at a later date.

She was born October 22, 1924, in Drakesboro, Kentucky. She was the daughter of John and Mertie Whitescarver. February 15, 1947, she married Howard (Jake) Alvin Angerer in Napoleon, Ohio. Marjorie was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed cooking, bowling, shopping, sewing and frequenting McDonald’s for her favorite McChicken sandwich and coffee. She worked as a seamstress at Fisher Body in Livonia, Woodall Manufacturing in Monroe, and was a waitress at Howard Johnson’s Restaurant. Marjorie had a big heart and was the kindest, most loving person and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Marjorie was a long-time member of Stewart Road Church of God Monroe, Michigan. She read her Bible regularly and relied heavily on her Faith in God. Marjorie leaves behind her cherished family, son Lawrence (Butch) Angerer; brother John (Mary) Whitescarver; grandson Brian and Dawn Angerer; two great-granddaughters Brooke and Leah. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard (Jake) Angerer, son David Lee Angerer; two sisters and five brothers.
