Michael “Big Mike” Edward Billau

Michael “Big Mike” Edward Billau – 69 years of Petersburg, MI – passed Monday September 19th, 2022, at his residence. Cremation has occurred. Burial will take place at a later date.

Michael was born on May 24th, 1953 - in Toledo, Ohio – to Edward and Barbara (Mannor) Billau. After attending Ida High School, he worked as a self-employed farmer and mechanic. When he wasn’t working, Michael enjoyed canning and freezing fresh foods, mastering word search puzzles, binge-watching classic TV and movies, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Survivors include his brothers Mark (Larrie Jean) and Mitchell Billau, his sisters Denise Waligorski and Diane (Kenny) Webb, five nephews and many great nephews and nieces. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, his brother-in-law William Waligorski, and his niece Dawn Marie Waligorski.
