Robert Willis Gee Jr.

Robert Willis Gee Jr., 81 years of Deerfield, MI, died Monday January 29, 2024, in his residence under the care of H his loving wife and Heartland Hospice. There will be a memorial gathering on Friday February 2, 2024, from 5-8PM at New Life Church, Petersburg, MI. There will also be a memorial gathering on Saturday February 3, 2024, from 10AM until the memorial service at 11AM at New Life Church, Petersburg, MI. Cremation has occurred.

Born April 25, 1942, in Ann Arbor, MI. Robert was the son of Robert Willis Sr. and Vivian (Robinson) Gee. He was a 1960 Milan High school Graduate. Robert married Rose Kanavel on January 6, 1996, in New Life Church, Petersburg, Mi. Robert worked for The Ford Motor Company, Ypsilanti for over 30 yrs, retiring in 1994. Robert was a member of New Life Church, Petersburg, MI. He was a member of Washtenaw sportsman's club for over 40 years where he served on the board for many of those years, and was honored as a Life Member to the club. He was also a benefactor and life member of the NRA. He was a certified NRA instructor and loved teaching and sharing his love for the sport he enjoyed.

Survivors include: his wife, Rose; children Christopher Gee, Karen (Mike) Sullivan and grandchildren, Tim, Megan, Zach and Trevor. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Norma Jean and a daughter, Kristine Lynn Gee.
