Suzanne Byrne

Suzanne Byrne – 80 years of Lambertville, MI – died on Tuesday March 7, 2023, at Toledo Hospital.   Friends may call at Capaul Funeral Home (Ida, MI) on Thursday March 23, 2023 from 5pm until the memorial service commences at 7pm.  Pastor Wayne Butts will officiate.  Cremation has occurred.

Born on July 28, 1942, Suzanne was the daughter of Joseph and Susan (Harter) Angebrandt.  She was 1961 Roosevelt High School Graduate.  After graduating, Suzanne married Eugene “Carl” Byrne and started a family.  She took pride in raising her children and homemaking.  When she had free time, she had a myriad of activities and hobbies that she enjoyed including bowling, German Polka, camping, exercising, boating, selling Avon, dining out, and spending quality time with her family and friends.  Suzanne was always the life of the party and was known around the house as “dad’s queen.”

Survivors include her daughters Michele (Daniel) Conner and Debra (Frank) Rizzo, her sisters Kathy Williams and Barbara Angebrandt, her sister-in-law Judith Stephens, her grandchildren Daniel J (Katie) Conner Jr. and Kevin M. Conner, and her great-grandchildren Violet M Conner and Melody Moran.  Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her father-in-law Lauren Byrne, her mother-in-law Pearl Byrne, and her brother Nick Angebrandt.
