Richard Allen Balcom

Richard Allen Balcom, 71 yrs, of Dundee, MI, died Monday, December 14, 2020, in his residence. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all services and burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Dundee, MI, will be private.

Born May 24, 1949, in Tecumseh, MI, Richard was the son of Donald and Elise (Swergert) Balcom. He was a 1967 Dundee High School Graduate. He married Linda Robinson in 1979 in Monroe, MI. Linda died in 1992. He served with the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1969-1971. He worked for GM as a production worker from 1967-2001. Richard loved reading, working on cars, and watching drag races.

Survivors include his brothers, Tom, Gary (Janice), Dave, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother, Ronnie.
