Bonnie Sue (Ness) Cornprobst

Bonnie Sue (Ness) Cornprobst - 79 years of Temperance, MI – died on Wednesday March 19, 2025, at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence (Sylvania, OH).  Family and friends may gather on Monday March 24, 2025, at Capaul Funeral Home (Ida, MI) from 2pm to 8pm and Tuesday March 25, 2025, also at Capaul Funeral Home, also from 2pm to 8pm.  Bonnie will lie-in-state on Wednesday March 26, 2025, at Capaul Funeral Home, from 10am until the funeral service commences at 11am.  Bonnie’s burial will take place immediately following the funeral service at Erie Union Cemetery (Erie, MI).

Born on June 16, 1945 – in Monroe, MI – Bonnie was a daughter of John and Clara (Beeker) Ness.  She was a 1963 Ida High School graduate.  In 1964, Bonnie graduated from Warner’s Beauty College (Toledo, OH).  She married Carl Cornprobst on December 7, 1963, at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church (Temperance, MI).  Bonnie was a secretary for Cornprobst Farmers Inc.  When she wasn’t working, Bonnie enjoyed playing Bunco, cards, word searches, and dominoes, along with enjoying counter cross stitching, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Carl, her sons Gary (Denise) and Roger (Dawn) Cornprobst, her sister Shirley (Paul) Kraftchick, and her grandchildren Jessie, Hope (Nathan), and Caleb.  Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents John and Clara, her brother John Ness, Lawrence Ness, and her son Alan Cornprobst.

Memorial contributions can be made out to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, and / or New Beginnings Mercy House (Monroe, MI).
